Dear Parents & Players

This information is to invite all our players who turn 15 or older in 2016 to think about trialling for a senior team. We have lots of talented girls in our senior group so there are no guarantees that you will make a team but attending trials can give you a good idea of the standard you need to achieve should you wish to play on to the senior level. Trials are fast approaching and will take place as follows:

TRIAL DATES:
1 – Tuesday 24th of November 2015 – 6.00pm to 8.30pm
2 – Saturday 28th of November 2015 – 10.00am to 12noon
3 – Tuesday 1st of December 2015* – 6.00pm to 8.30pm

All divisions will trial at the same time (A, B C & D Grades)

(*only if required at coaches discretion)

For the girls who are stepping up from Under 17s and hoping to make our Under 19s team it is important to be aware of your options for next season and take the opportunity to trial for a senior place. As you would be aware we have only one Under 19s team so this limits the number of girls we can select at this level.

As a club, we are keen to keep as many of our girls as possible playing netball and enjoying keeping fit. This year we ran a team in the Monday night competition for the girls who did not make a Saturday squad. We will be looking to do this again next season if we have enough interest. For this reason I would encourage any players who fall into the Under 19s age group to come to senior trials. (Under 19s trials are held with the juniors in Feb 2016)
