A few reminders….

SPECTATOR BEHAVIOUR

Per AFL Barwon’s recent communication, spectator behaviour at our netball matches towards players, coaches and umpires is everyone’s responsibility. Please enjoy the finals and make our environment a safe & supported one.

JUNIOR NETBALL – COURT TIME POLICY IN FINALS

As a club throughout the season we make a commitment to a % of court time for each player. This varies from age level & also squad size. Also taken into account is illness, injury and unavailability due to holidays etc. This is always met.

During finals, it is then up to the coach how much court time each player may get. There are a myriad of factors that can affect these decisions and the club backs and supports our coaches to make these decisions without outside influences.

We as a club encourage all players and parents to think about what is best for the team not how much court time an individual may get. WE not ME.

All the hard work and effort you all have put in together as a TEAM … to win a grand final there is nothing better …

We would please respectfully ask that you do not approach coaches immediately after games to make comments about decisions made on the day or finals.

We encourage you to provide any feedback to your age group coordinator who will be able to assist you.

Kind regards

NCFNC Netball Committee
